Pastor Paul Harvey is a devoted servant of Christ with over 30 years of experience in pastoral ministry and Christian education. His journey in ministry began with a strong foundation in biblical studies, earning an Associate of Arts in Bible from Pacific Coast Baptist Bible College in San Dimas, California, in May 1995. He continued his theological education at San Diego Baptist Bible Institute and Theological Seminary, where he received a Bachelor of Biblical Studies in 1998 and a Master of Ministry in 1999.
Pastor Harvey was ordained on May 14, 1995, at First Baptist Church of Spring Valley, California, where he began his ministry as Assistant Pastor and Director of Ministries. During his tenure from 1995 to 2001, he also served as a teacher and principal at Spring Valley Baptist Academy and taught as a professor at the San Diego Baptist Bible Institute and Theological Seminary.
From 2001 to 2013, Pastor Harvey contributed to the spiritual and academic development of students at Landmark Christian School in Haines City, Florida. His roles included teaching History and Bible, overseeing the Yearbook, serving as Guidance Counselor, and supporting transportation needs as a bus driver. His dedication to Christian education extended to Landmark Baptist College, where he taught night classes as a professor during the Fall Semester of 2001 and Spring Semester of 2002.
In August 2013, Pastor Harvey joined Countryside Baptist Church in Port Washington, Ohio. He served as Assistant Pastor until May 2018, then as Intern Pastor until October 2018, when he was called to serve as Senior Pastor. Under his leadership, the church has continued to grow in faith and fellowship, with a strong emphasis on biblical teaching and community outreach.
Pastor Harvey married Joanna in 2002, and together they are blessed with three children: Daniel, Caleb, and Abigail. His ministry is marked by a deep commitment to biblical teaching, pastoral care, and Christian education.
